Any student who would like to file a complaint against another student or instructor may complete a Grievance Form. Grievance Forms are available from the School Director.
- Complete the Grievance Form within 48 hours of the complaint occurrence.
- Submit the completed form to the School Director. Contact the school by phone or through the contact form to obtain and submit the form.
- A meeting will be arranged with the student to discuss the complaint.
- Within one week from the meeting, a resolution will be reached.
- A new meeting will occur so the resolution can be discussed, and all parties involved will sign the Grievance Form.
- The Grievance Form will be filed for reference.
A student is required to resolve any issues through the school’s complaint process before filing a complaint with the Maryland Higher Education Commission. Any student who has exhausted the school’s complaint procedures and still has an unresolved complaint should contact the Commission. This procedure does not in any way limit a student’s right to exercise his or her legally protected rights.
