Our mission
The primary purpose of Barbering Bridge Barber School is to train our students in a professional learning environment designed to prepare students for a successful career in barbering. The school will train students in the basic manipulation skills, safety judgments, proper work habits, and desirable attitudes necessary to be proficient in entry-level job skills, obtain gainful employment in the field of barbering or related career fields.
Meet the School Director
TyWarren Broadwater
Owner and School Director
TyWarren Broadwater is a barbering instructor, licensed Master Barber, and business owner with nearly 20 years of barbering experience. He began his career at Bladensburg Barber School, where he was taught by “old school” barbers and learned professionalism and respect.
Over the years he has honed his tonsorial skills and developed a passion for teaching. He is proficient in cutting all hair types and provides career and training opportunities for aspiring youth as they contribute to restoring the barbering industry to its former glory.
Dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality service, professionalism, and technical skill, his goal is to maintain industry standards through frequent assessment, evaluation, and education.

Approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission and the Maryland Board of Barbers.
